Personal Care Services

  • Live-in Care

    We manage all aspects of live-in care in the Service User’s home to ensure that the Service User and the Carer are happy and comfortable. We work with Service User’s family to ensure their needs and well-being are met.

  • Continence Management

    Continence Management includes assistance where service users are particularly prone to transient and/or established fecal or urinary incontinence. A Service User might also require use and maintenance of a catheter. With proper management, these problems can be managed, and alleviated. We work with the incontinence team in the community and in consultation with doctors to ensure the best possible care.

  • Medication Management

    Medication Management includes preparing and administering the correct medical doses, and liaising with other medical professionals when scripts are running low. We ensure that their medication is reviewed regularly in order to minimise the risk of health deterioration.

  • Personal Assistance & Hygiene

    Personal Assistance & hygiene includes; toileting, washing, bathing, shaving, hair care and assistance with dressing to minimise the risk of self neglect.

  • Nutrition Management

    Nutrition Management includes; Assistance with meal preparation and nutrition to ensure that each service user maintains a healthy and nutritious diet. We assist with feeding and peg management where required.

Practical Care Tasks

  • General Management

    General Management includes assistance such as shopping, collecting medicines, managing correspondence, managing tenancy, safety awareness, building and maintaining positive relationships, travel training, and assisting the service user to partake in meaningful community activities of their choice.

  • Housekeeping Services

    We provide housekeeping services that include laundry services such as washing and ironing, vacuuming and general cleaning of the household.

  • Support Network Assistance

    We work in partnership with a Service User’s support networks such as Social Workers, GPs and other health professionals to ensure that their needs are met and appointments are scheduled and kept. This includes doctors appointments and medical reviews.

  • Financial Administration

    Our trusted team will assist and properly document pension collections at the request of the service user. In addition, we also assist with completing benefit forms and any other financial administration that may be required by the service user.

  • Pet Care Services

    We will assist our service users by looking after their pets, ensuring they are fed, walked and taken to the vet as needed.
