  • Respect for dignity, individuality, and privacy.
  • We respect Service User rights to make choices and decisions evidenced in the way their care plans and packages are construed after joint consultations with their carers, their social workers, next of kin and other relevant health professionals and where relevant schools and advocates.
  • We ensure the confidentiality of each Service User’s information.
  • We operate with the appropriate consent of each and every Service User and their Carer.
  • Preservation of Service User’s freedom of thought, religion, expression, personal beliefs and values.

The Context

The Context: Government initiatives aim to promote independent living and to encourage people to be cared for in their own home but, in a society where families are not always on hand locally for support, the reliance falls on trusted care solutions to provide this support. This is where Direct2U steps in to assist. We will lend that helping hand as needed. We aim to provide professional care that promotes independence through partnership working with other agencies such as advocates, health professionals, schools and more.
